Double room in the heart of East London -longterm

Hi,
unfortunately my Japanese flatmate is leaving the country after 2 years so I am looking for a new one!
I have this double room available from the 11/12 (moving in date), min stay 3 months, no max (moving and staying dates are flexible).

The flat is situated in the heart of the East London, in a really strategic area, less than 10 mins walk from Shoreditch, Dalston, Broadway Market, Columbia flower market and Brick lane.

The closest tube/overground is just 2 mins walk (Hoxton) and the area is well served with buses (149,242,243,67,55,26,394) and most of the bus stops are just outside the building. Liverpool street station 15 mins walk or less than 10 mins by bus and Old street is around 15 mins walk.

The area is really quiet and it’s surrounded by independent coffee shops, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets (Tesco, Sainsbury, Aldi, Poundland, M&S, Lidl is coming soon) and organic shops. There is a gym with a nice swimming pool and tennis courts at 5 mins walk.
Also there are a lot of parks around, like London Fields, Haggerston park, Shoreditch park and we have a communal garden as well.

In the flat we will share the kitchen, the living room and the bathroom.
Bills are included and the ppm is £850

You will live just with me, I am working full time Mon-Fri, 9-5.30, I also go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week after work. I’m into fashion, music, exhibitions, travels, movies and good wine : )

Ideally, I am looking for a flatmate without furniture, since there is everything in the flat already.
The bathroom is new, renovated last month, also new boiler and new hoven.
The kitchen is coming fully equipped, with toaster, microwave and air fryer.
