Large Room Available in Shoreditch Flatshare

We’re looking for a new flatmate in our 3-bedroom home from mid-December as our current flatmate Ella is moving out.

You’ll be living with Jonah (27) and Lydia (28). We have both lived in the flat for around 3 years and work in tech and urban planning respectively.

As a flat we love hanging out together and making it feel like a proper home. But also have our own groups of friends. So looking for someone who is similar - who would like to join in with flat dinners, tv nights, drinks etc, but has their own stuff going on too. Being clean and tidy is also v important!!

It’s a homely mezzanine flat with a good sized kitchen, a separate living room, 1x bathroom and another seperate downstairs loo.

The location of the flat is the real highlight. It’s in the middle of Shoreditch, right by Spitalfields Market and Brick Lane. It’s in Zone 1 and is a 5 minute walk to both Liverpool Street and Aldgate East stations so is incredibly well connected.

The current lease runs until the start of September 2025. However, there will likely be the option to extend this, as we have done so several times already.
