Cosy, Creative Shoreditch Flatshare - 1 Double Bed

Hi girlies,

Our wonderful flatmate is sadly moving abroad and we need someone just as lovely to take over her room.

*The flat*
The room is in a 3-bedroom flat a 5-minute walk from Brick Lane. We have one shared bathroom, a separate toilet, and a dated but nice kitchen/living area. We also have a shared storage closet (with limited space, but hey, at least that's something...). The room is cosy and furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and a desk.

*Rent & Bills*
Rent: £757
Bills: around £100 (including energy, council tax, internet, water)

Move-in date: January 25, 2025.

*The neighbourhood*
We're ideally located a 10-minute walk from Shoreditch High Street station, a 20-minute walk to Liverpool Station and a 15-minute walk to Bethnal Green Station. The building is quiet, but the area is lively, with cafes, pubs, and shops!

*The flatmates*
Imani: Hola! I’m a writer and digital media manager from New Mexico, USA. 🌶️🇺🇸 Vegan Scorpio. ♏️ I love reading, baking, running, going to the gym, thrifting, tarot, and watching Miyazaki films on a rainy day. (: I’m an ambivert who is mostly a homebody but I like to get out and see shows or grab some wine. Maybe go dancing if the wine is strong! 🍷

Esther: I am just a girl 💅🏽. I love live music and gigs. Especially R&B. Vegetarian, Taurus To a T ♉️. Works in HR Finance. Belgian 🇧🇪/ Nigerian/ English. Love a night in but am easily convinced to out instead 👀 and have the tendency to name my plants. 🪴

*Our Vibe*
We love doing movie nights (corny early 2000s films, anyone?), going to the pub, or hanging out in one of the many cafes around here. Never a dull moment in Shoreditch! Occasionally, we like to host game nights or pre-drinks with a few friends, but this isn't a party house.

*You*
We’d like to find someone in their 20s / early 30s who fits our easygoing, creative, quiet, vegetarian, and clean place. We’re a queer-friendly, international household and would love an international professional to join the flat!
