Shoreditch Lease Takeover !

Looking for someone to take over my spot on the lease on our gorgeous E1 flat from January to June!

Background: At the moment, myself and Harriet (both 25, pic of us both at the end) absolutely adore our flat in Whitechapel/Shoreditch, but unfortunately I’m having to end my tenancy early as my work have decided to send me to Sydney from January! We have been in the flat since November last year, and the lease is up on June 4th.

Flat info: mine is a furnished double room and the flat is 2 bed 1 bath overall, with a spacious open plan kitchen and living room set-up (with a Juliette balcony no less!). The flat is a new build in a super clean, secure and friendly wider complex with an inner courtyard with bike lockers. The room comes with a small double, chunky chest of drawers and bedside table. There’s a desk in the kitchen that I use when I WFH once a week as Harriet has her own desk in her room 🙂
Location: 5 minutes from Aldgate East (district, circle and Hammersmith and City lines), 10 minutes from Whitechapel (Overground, Circle and Elizabeth Line) and 15 minutes walk from Liverpool Street (basically every public transport service). Location is unreal - pretty much easy to get anywhere, and it’s a particularly ideal commute if you work in Central, the city or Canary Whard. Two Tesco Extras around 2 minutes walk away, and a massive Sainsbury’s 15 mins walk away. Just off Brick Lane and a ten minute walk from Spitalfields, so food options are unreal and nightlife is sooo easy to get to.

Who we’re looking for: F, 23-30, like-minded and respectful working professional who is just as happy socialising in the communal areas as they are enjoying their own space. No couples, students or fully remote workers pls ❤️
