Room in Shoreditch 2 bed flat

We are a couple who used to live in London and now live primarily in Denmark, but we have a two bedroom flat near Old Street station that we kept when we left London. We both work as consultants (finance and charity governance) and we travel to London from time to time mainly for work reasons (normally one of us is there just a few days a month). We use one bedroom and have been letting out the other bedroom to a couple for the past 5 years. They have now found their own house and are moving out in January. The flat is in an ex local authority building, on the 7th floor (great view!). Double bedroom, lounge and kitchen are both good sized and there is a small bathroom and a separate toilet. The flat comes furnished. It will be available from mid to late January. The rent includes all bills (heating, electricity, broadband, TV license, council tax, service charge all included).
