Double Room in Modern Apartment - Top Location

We have a lovely double room available from January in our shared apartment, located 8 minutes walk from Shoreditch High Street and 5 minutes from Hoxton Overground Station. The apartment is modern, clean, and on the third floor with lift access, above a charming art shop.

You’ll share a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, and more. All bills are included (council tax, broadband, utilities), and we have a bi-weekly cleaner to keep things tidy. Across the street is a cute eco grocery store, and Sainsbury’s is just a 1-minute walk away.

The room is a spacious double with its own lock for privacy. We’re looking for a female housemate who is kind, clean, and considerate, ideally a master’s or PhD student or young professional, to join our friendly and peaceful household (no parties).

While the paperwork will need to go through the agent, we’ll help you navigate the process and ensure everything goes smoothly. The agent is very reliable and responsive, so you’ll be in good hands.
