Double Bed Bedroom in Shoreditch (Old Street)

LOCATION: Finn House
*Tesco around the corner (2 min walk)
*Old Street Station (5 min walk)
*Aldi, M&S, and Superdrug near Old Street Station
*Near Shoreditch pub/club area (10 min walk)

ESSENTIALS:
*Rent: £900 per calendar month
*Deposit: £900, which you will get back when you leave.
*Bills: wifi included. Gas, Water, and Electricity was £40 per person in November.
*If you are a student, you won't be paying council tax.

DATES:
I am looking for someone who can take my contract asap, but it is negotiable.
The contract with the landlord is until the 25 of September 2025, but if you want, you can stay after.

ROOM:
Double bed with a brand new mattress.
Faces the back front and you get sunlight through the whole day (as long as there is sunlight in this city).
It is a quiet block, families live here and there are no clubs/pubs.

HOUSEHOLD:
You will be living with two friendly Latin girls who are doing their MSc at the LSE (London School of Economics and Political Science). Their LinkedIn and Instagram accounts are available upon request.
There is only one bathroom so there is a sort of routine to keep it clean.
The house has a huge living room where you can chill, watch TV, and have guests over for dinner.
You can also have friends, family members, or partners visiting in your room.
If you go on vacation, you can sublet it.
