The room is on the top floor and has one large window. It comes unfurnished (can sell you a mattress if you need) but has build in drawer and rail space. Available 1st of Feb to sublet for 5 months and opportunity to sign new contract in August.

2 months rent will be required upfront as I won’t be charging a deposit for the room.

Flat has a big lounge with 2 large sash windows, perfect for working from home and hanging out in the evening. We also have a garden out back with decking and seating.

We are looking for considerate tidy professionals 28+. No couples please.
