--The flat--
Living with a great housemate - mid 30s, very clean, tidy, quiet and conscientious. He's a chef so he's often not in the flat, but there's always leftovers going spare...

All amenities included e. g. dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen. Also includes a parking space (private gated car park).

The advertised rent excludes bills - total cost including bills is £1,500pcm (£1,800 for the 5 week period). Looking for a minimum 4 week commitment, ideally the full 5 weeks. No references required, a video call / in-person viewing is good :)
