Large double bedroom available in the heart of Shoreditch. The flat is a 1 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street station (quite literally 50 meters away) and a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street station.

Bedroom is spacious with lots of storage room.

The flat is fully furnished and managed by a letting agency - so far we haven't had any issues with them, they are attentive and have been very efficient in fixing any issues that have cropped up. Few appliances (boiler, dishwasher, coffee table) have been replaced recently at no cost.

Bills are decently cheap for the area, all in with council tax, electricity + gas, water and wifi it comes to an extra £150 each per month.

Move-in date is somewhat flexible, end of Jan/beginning of Feb but I'm happy to work around these dates.
