Cosy double room available on Regent’s Canal

I am a live-out landlord renting a cosy double room in my two-bed apartment in Shoreditch / Hoxton, zone 2.

The flat is fully fitted and the available room comes with its own bathroom, which is located slightly down the hallway. I’ll also put a desk in the room if one is needed. The flat’s location is excellent with lots of transport links near by. It’s around a 10 minute walk to both Haggerston and Hoxton overground stations.

For the drivers out there: free on-street parking is available.

You will be sharing with one tenant who is a professional in his early 30s, clean, tidy and respectful. I am looking for a tenant with a similar background who will also treat the flat like a home.
