Property
Since my flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend, I am looking for someone to takeover her en-suite bedroom in our 2 Bed 2 Bath flatshare which is located on top floor of the building. The room comes fully furnished as shown in the pictures. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washer dryer and all other useful appliances (microwave, toaster, kettle). The living room comes with two cozy couches and a big table to host friends - in case it’s too cold to sit outside on one of our two adorable balconies!

Location
The flat is located right next to Spitalfields Market in the heart of Shoreditch. It is super well connected with Liverpool Street Station, Aldgate and Aldgate East only 5-10 minutes away. There is a huge choice of restaurants, bars, and cafes around the corner and a Sainsbury’s for the little late night shop right next door.

Household
I (Julia) moved into the flat in December 2024 and I am looking for someone who wants to make this beautiful place their new home and will treat it with the respect (being clean and tidy) it deserves :) I am a very sociable person who likes to catch up over coffee in the kitchen or invite the neighbours for drinks (we have two other girl flatshares in the house that we are friends with!). I equally have a quite busy work schedule so that I enjoy some alone time especially during the week.

Rent
The rent is £1412 per month excluding bills. There is no rent increase expected until May 2027 when the current contract term ends. We pay around £150-200 for council tax, gas, water, electricity and wifi per person every month. You would need to pay additionally a one-time payment of £50 to the agency for managing the tenant swap.

The room is available beginning of March.
