Ensuite with a Private Balcony on a Private Floor!

Hello!

I am looking to find a replacement for my double room ensuite with a private balcony that is on its own floor of the flat.

📍Prime Location
The flat is in the heart of Shoreditch and is less 5 minutes walking distance to Shoreditch High Street and a 10 minute walk to Liverpool Street Station and Old Street Station.

🏡Flat Overview
The flat is a 2 bed, 2 bath across 3 floors:

- 1st floor is Mark (your roommate)'s room, common bathroom, in-unit washer/dryer
- 2nd floor is the living room and kitchen which comes with 2 fridges
- 3rd floor will be your room with an ensuite bathroom and private balcony

The building is a gated court with a building manager who can receive packages. There is on-site maintenance staff who can help resolve problems right away.

The flat comes with double enforced windows to block out noise and the room faces the inside of the courtyard so it doesn't get noise from the streets (I'm a very light sleeper and the room is very quite).

There is tons of closet space in the room and throughout the flat!
