Welcome to our warm and modern flat, where we’re looking to welcome a new flatmate! This cozy double bedroom has all the modern touches—ample storage, plenty of outlets, and flexible lighting to personalize it to your taste. The walls have great soundproofing too, so you can enjoy your space without any disturbance. The shared bathroom is conveniently right next door, featuring an LED mirror with storage, a relaxing waterfall shower, and a bathtub.

Our flat offers a perfect balance of shared and private areas. The open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area is spacious and thoughtfully designed. Most evenings, you’ll find us unwinding here, catching a TV show, or hosting a movie night together. The living room opens onto a lovely terrace with beautiful views of the evening skies. We love cooking together in our well-equipped kitchen and have a fantastic TV setup, including SKY, Netflix, and Apple TV. The building is secure with fob access and even has bike storage.

Getting Around 🚉

Tube and Rail: Old Street Underground (Northern Line) is our closest station, providing quick links to the City and Central London. You’ll also have easy access to Hoxton and Shoreditch High Street for Overground services, connecting you to Hackney, Camden, and more.

Buses: Several bus routes stop nearby, connecting you to central spots like Liverpool Street and Oxford Street with ease.

About Us 😊

We’re a fun, social group of young professionals—1 female and 2 males—who enjoy spending time together while also respecting each other’s space. We work from both home and the office and often start our mornings with a coffee run, unwind with a few beers at the local pub, or treat ourselves to the occasional flat dinner out. We’re looking for a like-minded person who’ll enjoy being part of this friendly atmosphere.
