I'm moving out of my cozy bedroom in a shared flat (4 bedrooms) and am looking for someone to replace me.

The room has a double bed, a table, large wardrobe and an ensuite shower/basin (no toilet). There are two common toilets shared by 4 people. The room gets amazing sunlight in the evenings (great spot for plants) and sunset views.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a washer-dryer, induction hob, oven, microwave, and fridge-freezer.

You’ll be close to a big LIDL (literally the next building), Hoxton Market, Regent's canal, Shoreditch Park, Columbia flower market.

The landlords are very proactive so any repairs will be done at the earliest.

The rent includes gas, electricity, water, council tax, and broadband. Plus, you get two hours of weekly cleaning for the communal areas.

The flat is super international and relaxed—currently, there’s an English girl, an Indian girl and an Italian guy. Everyone’s chill and considerate, so you can hang out or do your own thing.
