Hi all,

I, James, am sadly moving out of our home in East London and am looking for a 3rd housemate to join Lara and Violette to complement our home in East London!

Bit about the area:

-5 mins walk from Columbia Road Flower Market
-7 mins walk from Bethnal Green Station
-10-15 mins walk from Shoreditch
-15 mins walk from Regents canal
-20 mins walk from Liverpool Street Station and Spitalfields market
-20 mins walk from Victoria Park

As you can tell, the area is incredible in terms of bars, restaurants, shops, and general amenities. Not to mention how closeby Victoria park and Regents canal are!

Bit about the flat and room:

The flat has been refurbished with a brand new kitchen, terrace, and bathroom (see pictures) in 2022.
We’ve got a spacious lounge/kitchen area with an island in case you want to cook up a storm!
The flat has a large 40 sqm roof terrace, ideal for having friends over, morning coffee, late night reading, or the occasional party (the lack of neighbour helps)!

The furnished room has a wardrobe, a double bed, and a bedside table.

Bit about us:

Violette (27 - US) Recently moved to London from Glasgow and enjoy trying new coffeeshops and pubs, reading, and exploring the area!

Lara (29 - UK/Australia) is a lovely and friendly housemate who loves music, the theatre and having coffees with friends/family.

We’re laidback, enjoy cooking, reading, watching movies, exploring London, going out, having a drink, and finding new spots in the city. While we do spend time together, we also have our separate friends/partners so we've got our life outside of the flat too.

We're looking for someone like-minded who is looking to find a home and not just a place to crash. Being tidy and clean is also a big prerequisite, we were very lucky with our previous housemates so we'd very much like this to stay the case.
