My flatmate recently decided to move in with his girlfriend so his room is now available to rent starting from May 1st 2025 for the price of £1050/month + £63 bills +~£120 council tax, LGBTQ+ 🏳️‍🌈 friendly. I absolutely love my flat and am looking for a woman in her mid-twenties or above who is looking for a place in London to call home.

The flat is located in Shoreditch (E2 6HZ). It has a gorgeous view of Weavers Fields park in the lounge and is incredibly well located, just a 10 minute walk to and from Whitechapel (Overground, District, Hammersmith & City lines) and Bethnal Green (Central line) stations. Brick Lane and Hackney are also a 10-15 minute walk away.

Here’s a bit about myself:
My name is Séraphine and I’m a 25 year old second year PhD student in physics at King’s College London. I grew up in Paris 🇫🇷 with British 🇬🇧 and Australian 🇦🇺 parents and have been living in London for about 6 years now. Despite being a physics nerd 🤓, I’m a loving, creative, adventurous and deeply curious person who loves travelling, food, wine, psychedelic research, horse-riding, socialising and going to events (among other things) who also deeply values time to herself.
