Looking for a friendly, respectful flatmate to take over my room in a bright, modern 2 bedroom apartment in a newly built development. I’m relocating abroad, so I’m looking for someone to replace me.

A spacious, fully furnished double room with a comfortable bed, large mirrored wardrobe, and chest of drawers. The room has a natural light facing a beatiful St John the baptist church.

The flat has a contemporary open plan layout with a sleek kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room. There’s a projector for an at-home cinema experience, furnished with a plush blue sectional sofa and dining table. The bathroom is modern and well-kept, featuring both a shower and a bathtub.
All the floors are heated.

Enjoy a private balcony overlooking a beautifully landscaped courtyard—rare in London. Residents also have access to a great rooftop on the 5th floor (you can do a barbeque, parties, or just workous with a stunning London view)

Situated 6-7 minutes from old street station, with excellent transport links and everything you need nearby—shops, cafés, gyms, restaurants, and parks. Perfect for someone who works in central London or the tech/startup scene.
