Spare Room in Friendly Kiwi Flatshare – Shoreditch

One of our lovely flatmates is heading back to NZ, so we’re looking for someone new to join our warm, social flat in the heart of Shoreditch!

We’re a flat of Kiwis (plus our honorary Brit), all having been in London a few years now. We’re outgoing and friendly – into travel, running, and making the most of London life – but we also value a chilled, quiet home to come back to after a busy day's work.

The Room & Flat:

- The flat is split over 3 floors, giving everyone their own space
- Most of the photos are from the original tenancy advertisement a year ago, but the one current photo will be your room!)
- 2 bathrooms (no battling for the shower!)
- Part of a rolling monthly tenancy – you’ll be added to the lease directly with the landlord

Location:
You’ll be living in a lively part of Shoreditch – close to cafes, pubs, Liverpool Street Station, and about 25mins walk to Victoria Park

We’re arranging viewings towards the end of April and will confirm exact dates shortly.
