The room is available now but flexible on move-in date, ideally before the end of April.
We're looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, independent & nice. No couples please, and the room is best suited to someone who mostly goes out to work rather than wfh.
There are two bathrooms, a washer, dryer, dishwasher. 10min walk from Old Street & Liverpool Street Station. Loads of supermarkets/shops nearby, right in the middle of Shoreditch but a fairly quiet street. Bills come to around £130.
