Who we are looking for:
1-2 people looking to spend a couple of weeks in Shoreditch. This is a legal sublet that our landlord has consented to and we will ask you to sign a contract for your personal and our legal protection. As we are liable for damages, we will ask you to pay the same security deposit that we have paid to our landlord. For rent and bills, we ask you to pay the same amount that we are paying -- no upcharge. It's an absolute steal for zone 1 London.
