- Double room available in a two-bed ground floor flat located in a private mews in Shoreditch E2
- Private outdoor area / parking space available
- Separate Kitchen and Living room
- Washer and Dryer included
- Lots of storage built into different areas of the flat and super high ceilings
- Nicely furnished with all the key appliances but if you want to bring your own bits or add to the decor, go for it! (I’m light on wall art)
- Room specifically comes with a double bed, built in storage space behind the bed (desk has been removed so open to anything you’d like to bring)

Rent, Bills and other key details:
- Rent is £1000 paid on the 8th of every month
- Electricity varies from around 40-60 each depending on the month
- Wifi £12

- Total approx: £1090* subject to electricity
- Looking for someone to move in at the beginning of June with first months rent on 8th


Transport and Location:
- Fair to say the location is unreal - so close to so many shops, cafes, restaurants, bars! I pretty much walk or cycle everywhere I need to go within 15-30 minutes!
- 5 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street station
- 11 minute walk from Old Street station
- 15 minute walk to Liverpool Street station
- 21 minute walk to Bethnal Green station
- 25 minute walk to London Fields station

About me:
- Queer 30 year old Client manager in tech working 2-3 days in office, and Mondays / Fridays from home
- I'm in and out of the flat a fair bit so would love to have a very chill fun environment where we feel super comfy around each other and can have a laugh
- I love having friends around - regularly do little parties and bbqs as the mews is a great hosting space and the location is perfect for having friends pop in and out!

About you:
- Would love someone equally laid back and straight forward
- Would encourage whoever moved in to also have their friends + family round!
- Ideally someone who we can hang on the sofa together - it's a small flat so it will be hard to avoid each other!
