Short term - Historic Shoreditch flat/art studio

Situated in the beautiful, historic Boundary Estate on Arnold Circus, a peaceful oasis nestled in bustling Shoreditch, this 1 bedroom flat is in a listed heritage building. We are just 4 mins walk from Shoreditch High Street station, 10 mins from Liverpool St station and Old Street station and close walking distance to many sites including: Brick Lane, Columbia Road Flower Market, Redchurch St, Hoxton and the nightlife of Shoreditch High Street.

We are a family of painter, filmmaker, educator/children's writer and a young reader; we will be away for an extended summer. There is a bedroom, living room that is used as a child's room/painting studio, and the kitchen that we use as a living room and home office. It isn't restored so you can see the layers of wear and tear but we like it this way. We are happy to negotiate a slightly lower rent if only 1 room and kitchen is needed as we will then use the other room for storage. Ideally we would like a minimum of one month stay, but we're open. The flat is available August, September and possibly October.
