We’re looking for a couple to take over our ensuite room in a 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom flat in Shoreditch (43 Pitfield Street, N1 6DA). The room is available from October 13th 2025, as my partner and I are relocating back to New Zealand.

You’ll be living with 2 others (1 female, 1 male) – both are chill, sociable professionals in their late 20s who keep the flat tidy and enjoy a good balance of social time and personal space.

We’re ideally looking for a couple with a similar lifestyle – friendly, respectful, and clean.

The room:

Rent: £1,850 per month
Bills: ~£100 per month (incl. Council Tax)
Deposit: £2,250 (£1,125 per person)
Move-in: From October 13th (flexible)
Contract: 6-month lease ending on 21 April 2026
