Nov & Dec Sublet Shoreditch, En-suite with garden

En-suite double room available for sublet in November and December, in a lovely shared flat with Sophia (28) and Dean (30). The room has a double-sized bed and is available from November 1st until December 31st (flexibility for move out date if you need a little longer). It’s a great base if you’re looking for a longer-term place in London and want to view properties in person first, but also a lovely spot to explore the city from.

The flat is a maisonette with a large garden, directly opposite Columbia Road Flower Market. It’s in a quiet block of flats but perfectly located in the heart of Shoreditch, surrounded by amazing bars and restaurants. It’s also really well connected—close to Hoxton Overground, Old Street, Liverpool Street stations, and the Elizabeth Line. Also always loads of lime bikes near the house!

The room available is one of three in the flat, and rent is £1400/month, plus bills.
You’ll be sharing with Sophia, a 28-year-old creative working in tech, and Dean, a 30 year-old engineering project manager. I’m Clio, a 33-year-old doctor and aspiring surfer 😅, and you’ll be subletting my room while I’m away.

The room itself is ensuite and comes with a double bed, bedside table, desk with a monitor if you need it, shelves, and a large wardrobe. It has big windows and gets lots of natural light. The ensuite is your own private bathroom with a shower and toilet. There’s a second bathroom shared between the other two rooms, as well as a third toilet downstairs.

The garden is large and sunny, with astroturf and a barbecue pit—great for hosting or relaxing in.

We’re all quite busy with work and social lives, but we love having a home rather than just a flatshare. It’s a warm sociable space - we often catch up over dinner or head to the pub together. If you’re new to London, Sophia and Dean are super helpful and can point you in the right direction for anything you need. In short, we are a friendly bunch! .

Dates are slightly flexible, especially the move-out date if you need a little extra time as noted.
