We are looking for a new flatmate to fill a room in a 2nd floor flat, right in the centre of Shoreditch. In the beautiful Arnold Circus area, with the Columbia Flower market 5mins down the road and Brick Lane round the corner!

Closest stations: Shoreditch Overground (5 mins walk or less), Old St Station & Liverpool St Station (15 mins walk). Plenty of bus stops.

Friendly flatmates who enjoy to socialise (but also chill & have our own time), go to local art venues in the area, and create together! We currently have a consultant, architectural assistant and a creative slash operations associate in the flat. We are looking for someone tidy, considerate who fits our vibe and energy.

About the room:

It’s available from the 1st of March, potentially a bit earlier. The rental agreement is running until September 3rd 2026 with rent for the room at £880 pcm (without bills).

Bills come to about £80-110 pcm, depending on how much gas/heating is used.

- Storage inside and outside the room (we have more storage in the hallway)
- Comes with drawers, double bed, a desk and a chair.

Deposit - £880
You'd need to pay deposit + first months rent before/when moving in.
Bills - around £80 - £110 (depends on the season)

References - last 3 months of bank statement / payslips, employment reference, potentially a UK guarantor if your income doesn't meet the agency's threshold.
