Double room in our friendly old street home 😊

5 min walk to the canal! Excellent flatmates! Vibey part of town! What more could you ask for :-)

Our friend Jack is moving away in mid-September, so we are looking for a new flatmate. It is a beautiful flat in Old Street with a cute little outdoor terrace and balcony. It is a 5 min walk to the canal, 5 min walk to old street station, and right next to a Sainsburys.

The third room is a double, with a desk, shares a bathroom with 1 girl, and rent is £1235 (+£50ish for bills). Kitchen includes a washing machine and dishwasher. The flat is a new build with no issues, and our landlord is very helpful and responsive in case they come up.

About us:

Alice (me) - I am a recent uni grad and work in trading. I love to cook (and host dinners!), draw, read, and travel on weekend adventures. I lived in Singapore for a 10 years before going to uni in Washington DC, but am back in London for good

Ali - I am a startup founder. Love wildlife photography, outdoor gyming (you'll find me by the calisthenic bars), self-care (wine, face-masks), and electronic music. Grew up in Thailand and South Africa (but British), studied at LSE

What we're looking for - a friendly flatmate who is up for a dinner or drink here and there, but is respectful of our space and time.

We're a chill group of tidy professionals - we usually do shoes off indoors, we’re LGBTQ+ friendly, and also pro-Palestinian. Just mentioning as it's important to us that we're morally aligned :)
