Shoreditch double room (“own” bathroom, all bills)

Hi,

I am looking for someone to take over my room from 13/14th of September:
-Double bed
-Furnished (but please note that only the bed, the desk, the closet and the chest of drawers will be staying)
-“Own” bathroom: you will practically do not share the bathroom. The property is split on 3 levels. Level 1: my room, kitchen and one bathroom. So all other tenants use the bathroom located on the 2nd floor. So it won’t be “your” bathroom but other flatmates do not use it (they might use the toilets from times to times)
- 1mn away from the Hoxton train station (overground)
-less than 1mn away from bus stop with 149, 242 and 243 buses going to London Bridge / Aldgate / Waterloo
-close to old street, Liverpool Street, brick lane: all within 15mn walk away
-near Sainsbury / Amazon fresh / Lidl / many coffees and restaurants
-I am currently paying £930 a month ALL BILLS INCLUDED
-From 25th September, price is staying at 930£ after my contract ends

You will be able to sign a 1 year contract with a 6 months break clause.
