House:
2 bedroom flat with 1 main bathroom. Shared dining and living room, and fully equipped kitchen.

Location:
Incredible location just off the back of Shoreditch's high street, with plenty of pubs, restaurants and corner stores a stone's throw away. Only a 5 min walk away from Hoxton overground or 15 min walk from Old Street underground. 5 min walk from Lidl.

About us:
You will be living with an Aussie couple (Dion and Hersha). We are in our mid-late 20s and have just moved from Australia 4 months ago. We both work full time in renewable energy and software respectively, and have a hybrid work week. We love a drink at the pub (with a pub quiz!), live music, hiking and exploring, and movie nights at home.

About you:
We are looking for a social person or couple that likes to hang out from time to time and is looking for a friendly place to call home. The landlord requires permanent employment with a combined salary of at least £45k, and will letting/ employment references will be checked.

Plus all the basics - tidy, respectful and can clean up after themselves. Bonus points if you have chrome cast or an Apple TV box!
