I’m subletting my room in my lovely flat for 5/6 weeks from 25th October til beginning of December.

5 min walk to Spitalfields market
5 min walk to Brick Lane

🚞 Tube stations:
Aldgate East (3 min walk)
Aldgate (8 min walk)
Liverpool Street (10-12 min walk)
Shoreditch High Street Station (10 min walk)

Location is fantastic, such a fun buzz around this area, street markets and vintage shops on the weekend, lots of restaurants and cafes, but from inside our flat it’s very peaceful and quiet.

Flatmate:
You would be living with my sister (30) who is amazing, works 9-5 (2 days working from home), very clean, likes to relax after a day of working but also enjoys exploring London and trying new cafes/bars/restaurants on the weekend. Ideally looking for a female flatmate who is moving to London and needs somewhere temporarily. My sister is also new to London and excited to explore and hang out 🫶🏼

Rent:
Rent is £1350 pm
Bills are £120 pm

So

5 weeks total: £1837.50
6 weeks total: £2205

Can be either 5/6 weeks depending on your needs/availability, starting from 25th October.
