Big room in a stunning Shoreditch loft

I am leaving my spacious and cosy room on Shoreditch High St as I am moving out of London.

It's a great location with easy access to a lot of bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and multiple transport routes.

The flat: it's around 120 square meters. There are 3 double bedrooms in the flat, one bathroom with a bath, one fully-equipped kitchen with two fridges, and a big living room.

The room: it's a good size double room with double-glazed windows and beautiful exposed brick walls. The bedroom comes partly furnished — a large wardrobe and drawers (potentially more items will be left, we can talk about it), but the rest of the flat and living room are fully-furnished and fully-equipped.

Despite a lot going on around the streets, we keep the flat as a nice, clean and chilled space. It's not a party flat but we do have friends over for dinners and drinks.

We clean and maintain the flat ourselves and we'd like someone that's happy to contribute to that and make the place feel like a home, but the housemates are interested in are open to hiring a cleaner to make things go smoothly. The living room is really spacious and we do like lounging around, as well as going out to socialise and keep fit.

We are after professionals. sorry, no students.

*no wifi currently. We all have unlimited data and hotspot for working, gaming and streaming. House mates are open to getting some decent Wifi though.
