Cosy Double Room - Shoreditch

Hello!

I’m looking for someone to take over my flatmate's lovely double room in a great flatshare on the border of Hoxton/Shoreditch, available from January 2026.

The room is bright and cosy with great natural light and comes part-furnished with:

• Double bed & mattress
• Wardrobe
• Chest of drawers
• Desk (great for working from home)

The flat has a spacious living room and shared kitchen/bathroom with one flatmate (myself). Am friendly, sociable, and easy going (enjoys fitness, travelling and tennis). He works hybrid (mostly from home), am respectful of space and privacy, but also enjoys hosting friends occasionally at weekends. I speak French and Spanish.

The location is excellent - Hoxton Overground is a short walk away (5mins) , Old Street Underground is nearby (10misn), and the area has great cafés, gyms, bars and markets.

✅ Move-in January 2026
✅ Must pass standard referencing (proof of affordability required: 3 months of bank statements + employment reference)
