Room in Heart of Shoreditch

Hello potential flat mate!

My room is up for grabs from the 13th of December however it can be earlier if required - really anytime from end of November for the right fit!

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and side table. I can also leave the mirror if you would like that too. The room also has it's own aircon which I am going to miss in summer.

Please note that the room is on the smaller side so probably does not fit a desk, so not the best for someone who WFH as we do not work in the shared spaces of the flat. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other girl. There is a balcony facing the city which gets the best afternoon sun in the warmer months.

The apartment has 24 hour concierge and also a gym which you would of course have access to!

The apartment is literally a 2 minute walk to Shoreditch High Street station and 10 minute walk to Liverpool street for the tube. We live directly above a Sainsbury's and a 30 second walk to Brick Lane if you're a bagel lover.

You would be living with two lovely girls in their late 20's who work in corporate. The flat is very calm during the week and social during the weekend.

Looking for a female who is respectful, clean, and most of all friendly.

Bills and council tax (council tax band F) is on top of rental amount.
