Hey, I’m leaving London and looking for someone to fill my room!

From mid December (flexible) to the end of March 2026 (with possibility to extend). £1,475 per month - bills included

A deposit will be required when signing your name on the contract. We have agreed with the landlord (who is the best!) that a rolling contract (with a two months notice period) will remain in place. He has also confirmed in writing rent will remain fixed until June 2026

The flat is located in a gated complex, with a lift. It has a spacious open kitchen/living room, floor to ceiling windows, and is fully furnished as pictured. There are 2 bathrooms, the main bathroom (with a bath tub), and en-suite on other room

The bedroom (pictured) includes a double ottoman bed, fitted ceiling to floor wardrobe and shelves inside, bedside table, chest of drawers, and book case. *The desk in the living room is also available for your use as Sofie has a desk in her room
