Centrally located apartment in Shoreditch. The building is modern (built 4 years ago). It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and an open living room with kitchen and great sized balcony.

Zone 1, 5-10 min walk for overground (Hoxton) and underground (Old Street) and also 20 min walk from Liverpool station.. While well-located near pubs, restaurants, cafe and supermarkets, up in the flat it is very quiet.

We are two friends living together and we're looking for someone who is easy-going and sociable to replace our friend who is moving in with his gf.

The room includes the bed and 2 bedsides tables (the other furniture can be bought from our housemate). This is a really nice big room and very light with a door to the balcony.
