Ensuite-Double bedroom in Shoreditch HS/Spitafield

Hello and sorry for the poor quality of the pictures, it was originally from the video and we have furnished and made it a home since it has been taken.

I am leaving my flat at the end of November and looking for someone to replace me on the contract. I am a bit flexible on the moving date.

The room is in a 2 bedrooms flat, in the middle of Spitalfields area, a minute away from Brick Lane and Shoreditch High Street Station and 5min from Liverpool Street Station.

The double bedroom itself is a good size and gives access to a terrace which is really nice during summer time or just to have fresh air and light. each room has its own bathroom and I am keen to leave my furniture if interested.

The bills are not included, and in total cost around under 200 per month (gas/elec, water, council tax and internet).
The other flatmate is a French woman, working in marketing and in her 30s.
