Centrally located flat in Shoreditch. The building is modern (built 5 years ago). It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and a large open living room with kitchen and great sized balcony.

Zone 1, 5-10 min walk for overground (Hoxton) and underground (Old Street) and also 20 min walk from Liverpool station.. While well-located near pubs, restaurants, cafe and supermarkets, up in the flat it is very quiet.

We are two friends living together and we're looking for someone who is easy-going, sociable and clean to replace our friend who is going travelling.

This is a great room, very quiet, nice light (gets the afternoon sun), stays warm throughout the year (we hardly need to put the heating on in winter), very comfy bed. There is a small built in closet for storage as well as storage elsewhere in the flat.

We also have a cleaner that comes in every fortnight and cleans the whole flat which cost us £32pp per month.
