Double Room in Top Floor Shoreditch Flatshare

Our flatmate Emily is moving out and making her good-sized double room available in a bright, top-floor flat right on Shoreditch High Street. You honestly couldn’t ask for a better spot! Incredible restaurants, cafés, bars and shops are on your doorstep. Plus Brick Lane, Spitalfields, Liverpool Street Station and Old Street are all just a short walk away.

The Room & Flat:

- Spacious double room, plenty of natural light
- Top-floor flat (warm and quiet, facing away from the high street)
- Shared bathroom with two others (2 females)
- Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living space
- Large wrap-around terrace with sunset views (great during the summer months)

Your Flatmates:

- Luke, 34: Software developer from Malta
- Kim, 36: Social worker from the UK
- Joceleyn (aka Jo), 30: Pharmaceutical consultant from Belgium

We’re all friendly, clean, and respectful. Luke’s room has the ensuite, so the bathroom is shared just between Kim and Jo plus you.

Technically the room comes unfurnished but Emily is happy to sell the bed, bed side table, wardrobe, and chest of drawers for a modest £100.

Ideal move-in date would be between 23 November - 3 December.

Price:

£965 pcm (excluding bills)

We split bills evenly among us and this currently comes up to £140 per person. This includes all utilities, internet, council tax, tv license and a fortnightly cleaner that does all the rooms.

We’re looking for someone who is clean and tidy, respectful of shared spaces and a good communicator.

We’re all friendly and have our own busy schedules, so the flat is usually pretty quiet. It's not a party house but it would be great to have someone who’s up for a chat or a drink now and then.
