Nice size single room in hoxton

Hi the room will be available from 20th January, just need to add a few peices of furniture, but if you have furniture let me know. Super fast internet. Room has just been painted and new flooring layed. Bus stop in front of flat. Hoxton station is 2 mins walk. Hoxton 1 min walk. Nice quiet place everyone does there own thing. Everything is kept clean and there is a weekly cleaning router. More room pictures available on request. No bikes can be kept in the property. Thanks
