I am leaving this incredible flat in the heart of Shoreditch as I am moving in with my partner.
The flat is truly unique and not-to-be-missed, it's in an incredible location with easy access to a lot of bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and multiple transport routes — plus the views of the city from our fourth-floor vantage point are breathtaking!
The flat itself is around 120 square meters in footage. There are three double bedrooms in the flat, one bathroom with a shower/bath, a fully-equipped recently refurbished kitchen with two fridges, and — best of all — a huge open plan living room with lots of character.
The bedroom is a decently-sized double with double-glazed windows and stylish exposed brick walls. The room comes partly furnished. In the room is a large wardrobe, king sized bed, desk and book shelf. These items can be left and sold at a very reasonable price. The rest of the flat and living room are fully-furnished and fully-equipped.
Although there is a lot going on the streets around the flat we keep our fourth floor loft a sanctuary — always clean and chilled with the occasional dinner party and drinks nights.
We clean and maintain the flat ourselves and we'd like someone that's happy to contribute to that and make the place feel like a home. The living room is really spacious and we do like lounging around, as well as going out to socialise and keep fit.
The remaining flatmates would prefer a male, aged around 30-45 who likes to keep things clean and tidy. They would also prefer a non-smoker with a full-time job in London. No couples.
