Large Private Room in Superb Shoreditch Location

This bright private room is tucked away in a quiet yet super-central part of East London. The trendy neighbourhood is lively, well-connected, and full of character — ideal for anyone wanting a comfortable and convenient stay. Looking for someone to occupy my room while I am away from 21st December to 3rd February. ALL BILLS INCL.

The room

The room features a comfortable double bed and is located on the 2nd floor with no one else on the same level, offering extra privacy. You’ll enjoy plenty of natural light, a large desk perfect for working from home or reading, and lots of storage space for your belongings.

You also have your own private toilet on the same floor, clean and tidy, plus access to the shared bathroom located on the ground floor.

The house

The house has 4 bedrooms and is shared with only two friendly professionals who live here full-time. You’ll share:

a large kitchen with dining area

a patio with garden

indoor bike storage

the second shared bathroom

There is no separate living room, but we often use the kitchen table to share meals, relax, or do our own thing.

The location

The private street is very quiet and only used by local residents, but the surrounding area is lively with lots of cafés, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets just around the corner.

Transport links are excellent:

2 minutes to the nearest bus stop (with direct routes to the city centre and Liverpool Street)

7 minutes walk to Shoreditch High Street Station

15 minutes walk to Bethnal Green Underground Station (Central Line)

17 minutes walk to Liverpool Street Station (major underground lines + trains)

This location is ideal if you want a peaceful home but still want to be close to all the energy of East London.
