The room is very large, with loads of natural light and fully furnished. You’ll have a private ensuite bathroom, super-king bed, and fast wifi. The flat itself is modern and clean with a fully equipped kitchen and a relaxed living area. The building also has a shared rooftop terrace.

Location is amazing — Shoreditch / Columbia Road / Hoxton area (E2 8DP).
Easy access to Old Street, Shoreditch High Street, Liverpool Street and Bethnal Green stations.

Ideal for someone:
– in London over Christmas & New Year
– between flats
– on a short-term work placement
– visiting London and wanting a nice base

Price: £500 per week (all bills included).
Looking for someone clean, respectful and easy-going.
Single occupancy preferred but not a requirement.
