Loads of great cafes and restaurants, it's within walking distance from Columbia road flower market, and some awesome bars like Ballie Ballerson, Blues Kitchen, the Breakfast Club. Plenty of other fun stuff too if you're not into the night life. Lots of convenient stores like Iceland and Poundland a stone throw away.

As mentioned, the flat sits parallel to a gated car park. The flat doesn't have a designated parking spot, but you can apply for a parking disc with the council and parking is first come first served.
