We're three flatmates all moving on at the same time (two of us leaving London, one moving in with his girlfriend), so we're looking for a group to take over our lease.

The Deal:
This is a contract takeover running until the end of May, with the option to renew directly with the landlord. Because it's a takeover, the remaining rent (£4,732 per current flatmate, totalling £14,196) needs to be paid upfront to us, along with a security deposit of £4,038.46 to the landlord. Monthly rent is £3,500 for the whole flat.

Location:
Properly central Shoreditch. You're surrounded by independent clothing shops, great cafes, and restaurants. Shoreditch High Street station is a 3-minute walk, and both Liverpool Street and Old Street are about 15 minutes on foot.

The Flat:
Three double bedrooms, each with a spacious wardrobe. Two bathrooms, both with showers. The living room is big and bright with large windows that let in loads of natural light. Kitchen has a washing machine and dishwasher. Plenty of storage throughout.

Bonus:
The landlord is genuinely lovely and sorts out any issues quickly.
