Small double bed in Shoreditch next to Brick Lane

Hey ! I’m looking for someone to take over this room in a shared flat near Brick Lane. The room has a double bed, small desk and chest of drawers.

The flat has two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. The living room is pretty spacious and bright. The flat has been renovated this summer.

I am looking for someone to take over the room for 6 months first and this can be extended if everything goes well. There will be a small deposit required upon signing the new contract (5weeks of rent).

The location is great !

- About 15 minutes walk to Liverpool Street tube and train station

- 8 minutes to Shoreditch High Street Station (Overground)

- Loads of buses nearby

- Supermarkets close by — Sainsbury’s Local is 5 minutes away, Tesco 7 minutes, plus a few organic shops

- A lot of good coffee spots, restaurants and pubs around

- Two gyms nearby

Rent is £1,000/month, and bills usually come to around £180 for council tax, utilities, WiFi, etc. If you are studying in the uk, you will be exempt from council tax. The landlord is responsive and any issues are dealt with rapidly. I ideally looking for someone on a exchange or an intern for a minimum stay of 6 months.

You’ll be sharing with me. My name is Jade (24). I’m French. I am working in finance as an Ai engineer. I love pottery, to exercise and see my friends.

There is a relaxed vibe at home so we are not a party flat — sometimes we can cook and hang out together and have guests over, other times everyone does their own thing.
