We’re looking for a new flatmate to take over my room in our stunning apartment. My current roommate and I moved in only a few months ago, and I absolutely love the flat, the only reason I’m leaving is because I’ve decided to change jobs and move cities.
The apartment is exceptionally spacious and beautifully designed, with an amazing location right next to tennis courts and only a short walk from Old Street and Shoreditch High Street.
The highlight of the home is the huge open-plan living and kitchen area, spanning nearly 700 sq ft with breathtaking ceiling height and tall windows that flood the space with natural light. There’s also a mezzanine level featuring:
• a cozy lounge area
• a pull-out sofa for guests

Both bedrooms come with their own full bathrooms, mine is ensuite, and my flatmate’s bathroom can also be used by guests when needed.
