Large double room in 2 bed Victorian terrace E2

Large double bedroom for rent in 2 bed Victorian terrace just off Columbia road. The room is fully furnished with a king size bed, wardrobe and dresser. There are two bathrooms (neither en-suite) so it’s basically a bathroom each :)

Our house is a home - my housemate of ten years (!!) is moving out and we’re looking for someone for a short time before the house goes on the market in spring. Likely to be around 5 months at least but it depends on the house selling! We want someone that doesn’t mind this and is ok with house viewings when the time comes which is why we are being up front. We have a new ish kitchen, lounge and dining room in one. There is a little patio at the back. Our neighbours are mint :)

I am northern and chatty, been in London over 20 years and lived with some brilliant people over the years here! Looking for someone who is easy going, likes the odd party / festival but also someone who works hard and gets that home needs to be chilled ish in the week. Although I own it I’d want you to feel totally at home and I hope I don’t give off landlord vibes!!! I’m hoping to find someone friendly to live with who is up for the odd take away / beer etc rather than someone who wants to keep themselves totally to themselves.

Our lovely weekly cleaner is included as well as the internet and bills.
