I’m looking for someone to join me in this lovely two-bedroom apartment, just a 3-minute walk from Shoreditch High Street station and located parallel to Redchurch Street. It’s the perfect location!
The available room is large and bright, with plenty of storage, a double bed, and its own private balcony. The flat itself is a good size, with a shared living room and a fully equipped kitchen including a washer/dryer and dishwasher.
The building is secure and also has a fantastic rooftop terrace, which is especially great to use during the summer months.
I’m looking for a female or non-binary flatmate, ideally queer and of a similar age, who is friendly, respectful, and keen to make the flat a comfortable home. We would be signing a 12-month lease together, with a start date of 1 February.
