We’re looking for someone to fill a beautiful double room in our Brick Lane 2-bed, as I (current housemate) am moving in with my partner.

Area: E2. Steps away from Broadway Market, Regents Canal and London Fields. Just a 5-minute walk to Columbia Road or Brick Lane.

Council tax band: C (Tower Hamlets)

Move-in date: from the end of February (date is flexible)

Transport links: walking distance to Brick Lane/Shoreditch High Street, Liverpool Street & the City, Bethnal Green, Old Street, London Fields, Haggerston, Hoxton, and London Bridge (super well-connected!)

About the room: The room comes furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, a desk and lots of natural light from double windows, with a view of the City & the Shard!

About the flat: The flat is 867 sq feet, with a large kitchen, including a washing machine and a dryer and a full-size fridge freezer. There is a communal living room with two sofas and shelves. The flat has a small balcony with views of the City, including a balcony set. There are also lots of built-in storage cupboards. The flat is across two floors, with the bedrooms and bathrooms at the top and the kitchen/living room downstairs.

About you: We’re ideally looking for someone in their twenties who’s seeking a lovely flat in central London, which is LGBTQ+ friendly. Unfortunately, no pets.

About us: You’ll be living with Zoë (21), who works at a university student union. We love the area so much and have a great relationship with our landlords, who are super friendly and responsive.
