Hi guys I’m sadly moving out of my flat to go travelling, so we’re looking for someone to take over my tenancy in our lovely zone 1 flat! ✨
RENT:
£810 pcm + bills (approx £100)
Deposit required to secure
MOVE IN IN DATE:
23rd March - can be flexible
Tenancy is until end of Oct, with option to roll on
LOCATION:
The location is AMAZING, zone 1 so there are so many transportation links close by including the tube and buses that are 24hrs. We’re just off of Brick Lane so there are tons of things going on all the time and lots of great restaurants close by!

- 10 min walk to Liverpool Street Station
- 3 min walk to Brick Lane
- 15 min walk to Columbia Road
- 2 min walk to Aldi
ABOUT THE ROOM + FLAT:
- Fully furnished double bed room with gorgeous large windows
- All bedroom furniture seen in the pics are included
- 3rd floor flat (NO LIFT)
- kitchen is small HOWEVER it is fully equipped with all apliances and we’ve never had an issue with the size and sharing
- we are a social flat so often use a pull out table to host dinner parties or for a communal space
- 1 shared bathroom
- it’s a bit of a landlord special haha but my flatmates and I have put in lots of effort to make it a homely gorgeous space
- we have just had a new boiler fitted so heating and hot water shouldn’t be an issue for the foreseeable
- balcony/walkway at the entrance of the flat is great during summer time and when hosting, there are chairs out front to use

You would be sharing with 3 girls 🇦🇺🇵🇭🇮🇹 (25-27 year olds), they all work full time so although we love to socialise, we also prioritise our downtime! We’re hoping for someone considerate and easy-going and would be happy to join in with our little flat family! We enjoy a flat outing, but we all have our own different social circles and do enjoy are own time as well 💕
